Elizabeth Claire, originally trained as an Industrial Engineer, found her true passion in art during her college years. She was initially captivated by craft magazines and spent her free time sewing and cross-stitching. As a self-taught artist, her fascination with ceramics flourished after she completed her degree and became a mother to three sons.

In the summer of 1996, Elizabeth's artistic journey took a significant turn when a beloved local store in her hometown purchased her first ceramic pieces. Since then, she has been dedicated to creating ceramic art and has expanded her repertoire to include mixed media, collage, and paintings since 2009.

Elizabeth's art is prominently featured in stores across Puerto Rico, including in the historic Old San Juan and near the enchanting Rain Forest in Rio Grande. These locations, frequented by both tourists and locals, have become cherished outlets for her work.

One of Elizabeth's proudest achievements, second only to raising her wonderful sons, is knowing that her art can bring a smile to someone she has never met. She describes this feeling as nothing short of miraculous. Realizing her dream, some of her pieces are now reproduced and sold through catalogs.

After two decades of crafting ceramics for stores, Elizabeth has shifted her focus towards designing and creating collage and digital art for licensing purposes. She also enjoys sharing her expertise through workshops, tutorials, her blog, and social media. Additionally, she designs fabric and products for DIY kits available on her Etsy shop.

Elizabeth hopes that her work can serve as an inspiration to many, continuing to bring joy and creativity into the lives of others.
